Il s\u2019agit <strong>d\u2019organiser le patrimoine selon une logique claire<\/strong> : familles de biens, fonctions techniques, niveaux d\u2019\u00e9tat, \u00e9ch\u00e9ances r\u00e9glementaires et cycles de vie. Cette structuration permet de comprendre comment les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments du r\u00e9seau interagissent et quels sont leurs impacts financiers dans le temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>mat\u00e9riel roulant<\/strong> constitue souvent le poste le plus visible. Trains \u00e9lectriques, diesel ou bimode suivent des cycles de vie longs, mais ponctu\u00e9s d\u2019op\u00e9rations majeures : r\u00e9visions d\u2019organes, r\u00e9novations \u00e0 mi-vie, modernisations technologiques, remplacement de composants critiques. Sans anticipation, ces \u00e9ch\u00e9ances peuvent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des pics budg\u00e9taires importants.
